Introduction
Kshumik Chyangkshup (Risheshwar) ཆུ་མིག་བྱང་ཆུབ་, a holy shrine of Guru Padmasambhava is located between Daman and Simbhanjyang in Makwanpur district. This pilgrimage site is considered very important for Buddhist pilgrims. Guru Padmasambhava stepped into the most terrible territories, suffering from demons and demonesses, in Nepal, India and Tibet, meditating for a few days/months, gaining strength, destroying the demons, suppressing them and taking an oath that from now on I will do good work for the welfare of the all beings. And while giving blessings, being equally powerful himself, Guru Padmasambhava reached the Daman area while going to different places and after controlling all the dacoits and dakinis of this place (Khando and Tamchyen) hissoul god gave him a direct appearance and received blessings. When there was no water in this place, he struck the rock with his keelaya furva (thunderbolt) and extracted water and named the source of water (Kshumik Chyangkshup Duchi Kshu) the nectar of Bodhisattva. On a rock near the water, he left an imprint of his face for his followers, which is still clearly visible. The surrounding mountains are filled with many types of incense and flowers of fragrances and lotus flowers bloom even in winter.

After reaching Kshumik Chyangkshup visit the sacred place, offer the praying flags, butter lamp and chanting of worshiping. After a late lunch, return to Kathmandu after eating.
